Mercedes-Benz G-Klasse (BR 463) 2015

The Mercedes-Benz G-Class might not be pictured by many as having the same level of luxury and emotional styling possessed by the E-Class, S-Class, SL and other cars of its brand due to its untamed features that remain unchanged over decades. However, Mercedes does not fail to provide it with updates to make it keep up with the changing times.

Recently, Mercedes released new customization options for the G-Class in the form of the “designo manufaktur” package. The ex factory choices provide the iconic SUV a more luxurious feel and its owners a way to express themselves through the different themes it offers.

The new package gives owners of the G-Class several exterior colors to select from like non-metallic fire opal, mauritius designo blue metallic, designo allanite grey magno and yellow olive magno. They can also opt to have the roof finished in obsidian black. In addition, buyers can fit the G-Class with black-painted alloy wheels plus AMG carbon fiber exterior elements.

Mercedes introduces its Night Package for the G-Class too. Like the cars of the brand that have this feature, it presents the SUV a darker aura through black obsidian mirror caps, extended wheel arches, bumper, roofing, rubbing strips and wheels.

Going inside, there are now various colors for the leather surfaces that customers can get, which will complement the exterior finish of their G-Class. The colors include deep-sea blue, mocha brown, saddle brown, and silk beige. The leather can be matched with dark tobacco, deep-sea blue, or black stitchings.

Furthermore, those with the AMG versions of the auto can integrate the new interior options with the three-pointed star’s signature DINAMICA package.
