SLS AMG Struts Its Stuff At The Nurburgring

Emmanuel P December 13, 2011

Despite all the exposure you see of the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG on the Internet, actual sightings of this car in real life are not that common. So when we see one in the flesh, we make the most of the experience.

In the video clip that follows, we see an SLS AMG initially parked at the world-famous Nurburgring, a track where immature drivers need not apply. While all vehicles are welcome at the Nurburgring (you even see the occasional bus!), the most common cars you see are Porsches and other cars of similar performance. Thus, it’s a pleasure to see this SLS AMG being driven hard, as high performance cars are meant to be. For Mercedes enthusiasts, it’s a beautiful sight to see this white SLS AMG dicing with Porsches and other track stars.  And seeing this supercar in its element proves that seeing the SLS AMG being used for country club and mall duty is a waste of a perfectly capable supercar.
