Mercedes-Benz E-Class ‘Limo’ gets spied by Ninjas

Here is something you don’t see everyday – an E-Class Limo test mule. Well it seems the GlobalMotors.net spy photographers captured what will become an E-Class Limousine being tested in Germany. It’s unfortunate that we have no additional information regarding this vehicle, besides it obviously being 3 feet longer than a normal E-Class, but stay tuned, I am sure more info will be revealed soon.

Why is is cammo’d. We all know what the E class looks like (boring Asian ass and all), and I hardly think it’s worth the effort to camo the limo version.
Mid range Mercs have always been available in “limo” form but it is has always been targeted to hotels and airport transfer companies. The accent is not luxury. The earliest I have seen these kinds dates back to the late 60’s 200 to 280 dash eight (-8). The configuration is always 6 doors and forward facing foldable bench seats for the middle position. It is a true people carrier. The picture shows the car not to have door handles in the middle section, but then it does look like a temporary door cobbled up for testing. The 3 foot extension indicates that a full door is planned as usual.
