This week, we have heard that the 2014 Mercedes C-Class was caught by the spy photographers. It was heavily camouflaged with black plastic, so the design of the car is really hard to figure out. The Mercedes-Benz A-Class Hatchback is seen as a BMW 1 series and Audi 3 competitor. The compact family car maintains the narrow glasshouse and front screen and A-pillar, although the roof line is almost like a coupe and it totally removed the box-style from the previous Mercedes A-Class models. Under the hood, the new A-Class features the 4-cylinder petrol and diesel engines presently found in C-Class models. The core will have a 2.0L petrol unit which is anticipated to perform at 204bhp. These latest spy images reveal a camouflaged 2013 Mercedes-Benz S-Class in various times. There isn’t much info about the next-generation S-Class apart from what we’ve written in previous posts. Daimler AG’s flagship vehicle will reportedly feature Mercedes-Benz’s new MRA technology, short for Mercedes Rear-wheel Architecture. The MRA platform will showcase a brand new four-link front suspension system that comes standard with air springs. Daimler’s breadwinner, Mercedes-Benz, has been able to present a lot of new models recently, starting with the renewed C-Class, the C-Class Coupe and its accompanying AMG variant, and last but not the least, the SLK hardtop roadster. Are you ready for the SLS AMG’s next incarnation? Well, just to give you a sneak peek of what it’s going to look like, here are some spy photographs of the 2012 Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG Roadster under no camouflage whatsoever. Spy photos are in showing what looks like the upcoming Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series model. The photos show what seems to be a four-door muscle car galloping along snowy urban roads. The rest of the photos, meanwhile, show what appears to be the next C63 AMG Coupe looking like it has been lured over to the dark side of the force. Close analysis of past Black Series model by Mercedes-Benz shows a two-fold design principle that’s quite simple to digest—a lot more horsepower plus better handling dynamics through design innovations such as lightweight construction materials and a wider wheel track. SLK fans rejoice, for here are a couple of spy photos of the next-generation SLK’s exterior and interior. These images come from a source in the Netherlands. If you look closely at the shot of the interior, you’ll find hints of design cues picked up from the E-Class. A brief history of the SLK saw it being powered by several engines, for several different variants namely the SLK200 Kompressor, the SLK 300, the SLK 350 and the SLK 55 AMG. The 200 Kompressor had an inline 1.8-liter supercharged engine (hence the ‘Kompressor’ branding) rated at 163hp. It was, however, not sold in the US and Canada.
