Mercedes-Benz Gets Strong Sales in Canada Last Month

Today, Mercedes-Benz Canada released its sales report for the month of May. So far, it showed a strong performance of the brand in the country. According to Canada Newswire, a grand total of 3,300 Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter and Smart cars were sold last month in Canada. This year marks a total of 14,028 units sold via the MB Canadian retail network alone. There was a recorded figure of 2,820 units retailed for the passenger cars luxury light trucks sold in the country. The breakdown is as follows: 1,618 passenger car units were sold while the luxury light truck’s side accounted for the remaining 1,202. Mercedes-Benz Canada just announced the conclusion of its Sprinter Arctic Drive. The big press release came on January 30, 2013 which was also the time when the big event was completed. The journey started in Edmonton, Alberta on January 22, 2013. Mercedes-Benz Got Seven Best Commercial Vehicles Award, Won Best Brands in 2012 Poll

Last night in Stuttgart, Mercedes won got seven awards, five for its vehicles and two for its services. The Sprinter vans won the “vans up to 3.5t” category, the Actros for the “long haul truck” and “dump tucks up to 32t” category, “urban regular-service buses” was bagged by the Citaro and the Tourino was awarded the best in “midibuses” category.
