Mercedes-Benz Officially Launches Its New Aeroacoustic Wind Tunnel

Mercedes-Benz recently opened its new aeroacoustic wind tunnel at the development center of the company in Sindelfingen, the official website of Mercedes-Benz revealed. The wind tunnel is the latest addition to the Mercedes-Benz Technology Centre where the company has invested over €230 million. The center also features a climate tunnel and driving simulator center. The company is currently working on a technology center for vehicle safety in the same location. Mercedes-Benz Cars Head Dr. Dieter Zetsche said the launch of the aeroacoustic wind tunnel shows that Sindelfingen is the heart of the automobile industry.
