A recent report from a German online publication revealed that there’s an ongoing plan to develop a Mercedes-AMG GT sedan. According to AutoBild, the new sports car that will be solely made by Mercedes-AMG will be called the “Mercedes-AMG GT4″. The source also commissioned a render of the said car, which could be seen in the photo above. The article mentioned that the four-door Mercedes-AMG GT will be a response to the Porsche Panamera. That means it would rival the likes of the Audi A7 and BMW 6-Series GranCoupe too. With that said, it is a bit puzzling that Mercedes is making a competitor to the mentioned units when it already… Continue Reading »

Mansory Gives the Mercedes S-Class a 800 HP Upgrade

Mansory is definitely not getting much love from automotive sites for its works involving Mercedes units. Quoting Motor Authority’s comment about the tuner, “The styling is typically far too in-your-face in the worst way, turning exotic, luxury, or high-performance machines into rolling bits of poorly planned pop art.” That is a bit harsh, isn’t it? However, as they say, sometimes beauty is skin deep. So, that means, one has to look what’s inside the shell of something to appreciate the real score within. In the case of the new Mansory Mercedes S-Class, the styling—despite the more subtle approach this time—may still not be winning any beauty contests, but looking under the hood will really… Continue Reading »

Mercedes-Benz recently issued a worldwide recall of its 2015 C-Class sedans. According to a report from The New York Times, the move of the company is due to the strong likelihood of steering issues with the car.
