While the Mercedes-Benz S-Class may not be considered as an AMG GT with four doors, the quality of work put into producing it and its rich history has given it a lofty position within the automobile industry of Germany. This status was further enhanced when a renowned tuning specialist upgraded a Mercedes-Benz S550, giving it quite a prominent VIP stance, as indicated on a report from autoevolution.com
The RennTech-tuned S550 sits on a set of Vossen Forged: Precision Series VPS-312 wheels featuring a wide-polished aluminum dish. The quality of the finish on the tuned luxury vehicle is so impressive it leaves industry professionals wondering how long it took the tuning company to perfect it.
The Precision Series wheels of Vossen Wheels installed on the S550 were customized to fit the specifications of the luxury vehicle. These alloys, which measure 22 × 9.5 inches in front and 22 × 11 Inches at the back, make the tuned white-colored Mercedes-Benz S550 unique when compared to similar luxury vehicles in the market.
The S550 tuned by RennTech was ordered through Mercedes-Benz Coral Gables and comes with reclining seats in the rear along with a refrigerated compartment, which essentially added to the luxury it offers to its owners. The 4.7-lter twin-turbo V8 engine of S550 was also enhanced by the tuning company and increased its power output by 22 HP. The former AMG engineers working at the tuning company also increased the electronically-limited top speed of the luxury vehicle. The cost of the upgrades offered by RennTech for the Mercedes-Benz S550 is at $1,800.
