2016 Mercedes-Benz A-Class will be Compatible with CarPlay

The Mercedes-Benz A-Class will be the earliest model of the three-pointed star brand to offer support for Apple’s CarPlay. This report came from IndianAutosBlog, citing MB Passion as source. In addition to the CarPlay support, the car will also allow MirrorLink integration with its COMAND infotainment system. It was earlier rumored that the 2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class will be the first car of the brand to offer CarPlay support. Over 8 million Mercedes-Benz C-Class units sold since 1982

The Mercedes-Benz C-Class occupies a sweet spot in the German automaker’s product portfolio, and this is cemented by the fact that there have been over 8 million C-Class Estate and Saloon units sold since it was introduced back in 1982. Mercedes-Benz C-Class lineup gets boost via five new models

The C-Class continues to be one of Mercedes-Benz’s main vehicle lines in terms of the automaker’s global strategy, and as such, the company is giving the lineup a boost by way of five new models, including a new entry-level variant, a couple of four-wheel drive units, a new 4-cylinder model, and the powerful C 450 AMG 4MATIC. Vath Gives the Mercedes C-Class Estate a Mild Upgrade

The aftermarket tuner Vath introduced a new package for the Mercedes C-Class Estate just a few days ago. The chosen model was the C180. The kit contained various power and performance upgrades for the car. However, the changes in the car were only subtle, retaining many of the traits that defined the C180. The main feature of the tuning package was the configuration in the engine of the C-Class. Recently, Motor Authority conducted a poll to determine the Best Car to Buy in 2015. Fifteen cars were featured by the car portal in the selection. Among them were three Mercedes cars.
