The “Performance” spot, easily our favorite here at BenzInsider, highlights the COLLISION PREVENTION ASSIST feature of the vehicle. The two come together in what is called the “MERCEDES DRIVE THRU,” a temporary and driveable restaurant that’s designed by British food artists Sam Bompas and Harry Parr. The Mercedes-Benz A-Class keeps hauling in the wins, the latest of which involves being voted the “Most Attractive Car” in Germany today. That was in a poll by the AUTO BILD car magazine, with some 100,000 readers chiming in with their votes. It goes without saying that the A-Class also took the title in its respective category. Mercedes-Benz to Expand A-Class Production; Inks Deal with Valmet Automotive

Because of the positive resonance and good measure of demand for the new A-Class, Mercedes-Benz has decided to up the production of the small family car. For this purpose, it has inked an agreement with Valmet Automotive, a supplier from Finland that’s set to produce over 100,000 A-Class vehicles for the German automaker from 2013 to 2016. The move was spurred on by the current demand for the new A-Class.
