According to Motor Authority, the race car featured in the picture above will be sold by Bonhams to the highest bidder in one of its events that will be held at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in June. On the same day, exactly six decades ago, the Argentinian Juan Manuel Fangio made the switch from Maserati to the team owned by Daimler-Benz AG in the 1954 Formula One French Grand Prix.
