Mercedes-Benz S350 Owner Sues Dealer for Non-Compliance of Warranty

Mercedes-Benz is among the world’s most renowned automakers. There’s certainly no doubt about that. However, Adam Litchfield, an Adelaide-based chauffeur who owns Platinum Car Hire, does not agree that the company’s after-sales service is also excellent according to News.com.au. Based on the report, Litchfield is suing the German automaker’s Australia dealership and BEA Motors, who sold the Mercedes-Benz S350 to him, for not fulfilling the terms of its warranty. The source said that Litchfield’s S350 sedan suffered a massive failure in its transmission amounting almost $16,000. Australian PR Trek Has Mercedes Experiencing A True Adventure

Aiming to show Australians that their G-Class wagens have what it takes to tackle the Outback, Mercedes planned and organized an almost 1,200 mile trek across the historic Canning Stock Route. This route used to be a major lifeline in getting cattle from remote ranches to Perth. The expedition planned by Mercedes would start from Halls Creek (Western Australia) to Wiluna. F-CELL World Drive enters final leg back to Europe

Two days from now, Mercedes-Benz’s F-CELL World Drive campaign will leave China’s Auto Shanghai showroom floors and head for the final and lengthiest round of its world tour. It’ll travel all the way from Shanghai through Kazakhstan and Russia until it makes its way back into Europe, it’s original starting point. Almost 14,000 kilometers will have been covered by the B-Class F-CELL with power coming from its three fuel cells. 5,300 kilometers of that distance has been covered in Australia alone.
