The new Mercedes S63 AMG Coupe will make its world premiere at the New York International Auto Show this coming April. This was according to a report from the German car portal Mercedes-Benz Passion Blog. The source stated that it will be available in 4MATIC version when it makes it debut. Mercedes-Benz overall has posted superb annual figures, but its performance arm is also doing great. Mercedes-AMG has just posted the best ever year in its history thanks to a whopping 32,200 units sold in 2013, bolstered by new additions like the A 45 AMG, the CLA 45 AMG, and the GLA 45 AMG to cover more vehicle segments. Thanks to the unending parade of spyshots, Mercedes enthusiasts know that the current E-Class is getting a facelift. And as facelifts go, not much is expected by way of drivetrain improvements. Usually, one sees a modest bump in output, or some extra fuel efficiency in terms of mileage. Mercedes-Benz is slated to debut the all-new 2012 S350 BlueTec 4MATIC at the upcoming 2011 Detroit Auto Show, giving joy to American diesel fans for the new year. The vehicle, touted as an entry-level model for Merc’s S-Class, sports the BlueTec V6 turbo power plant coupled with 4MATIC all-wheel drive functionality.
