Posaidon Mercedes E-Class Can Compete With A Bugatti Veyron

There can be nothing more flattering for a vehicle than be compared to a supercar like the Bugatti Veyron, and this is exactly what is being given to the Mercedes E-Class by tuning company Posaidon. While Mercedes is planning an all-wheel drive E63 AMG, a particular tuning company by the name of Posaidon has just started revolutionizing the Mercedes-Benz E-Class. Using the traction offered by the outgoing AWD E63, Merc was able to produce the same performance figures on this supercar. This only means that the Posaidon-tuned E-Class will have a 218mph top speed and the ability to go 0-62mph in just 2.8 seconds. The top speed makes the E-Class… Continue Reading »

Mercedes G-Wagen 4×4 Squared Gets Tuned By Brabus

The Mercedes G-Wagen is not the first vehicle you’ll have in mind if you want something tuned. It has a body-on-frame chassis and 50-year-old origins—Mercedes clearly did not intend for it to be a performance car. Besides, the G-Wagen has a far inferior aerodynamics compared to anything Brabus has put their magic on before. Well, it seems Brabus will not be put off by an underperforming Mercedes anytime soon. The tuning company announced a tuned version of the G500 4×42, which means the Mercedes G63’s 6×6 enormous tires and portal axles can now be found under the regular, four-wheeled G-Wagen. Inside, Brabus has colored the G-Wagen a shade of electric blue… Continue Reading »

Mercedes-Benz CLS Gets a Stealth Wrap

M&D Exclusive Car Design recently pimped up a 2016 Mercedes-Benz CLS 500. The firm gave the car what it called the “Stealth” wrap and rechristened it as the CLS 500 PD550 Black Edition Stealth. The wrap was probably intended to let the CLS blend in the concrete jungle as M&D wrapped it in a combination of Matte charcoal or Matte black over Matte white complete with orange accents. However, one might argue that the wrap does not make the car stealthy at all. Well, we might have to agree with that as the CLS already commands a lot of attention because it belongs in the top hierarchy of Mercedes. Then the wrap in… Continue Reading »

Presenting: The Brabus Mercedes-AMG S-Class Cabriolet

Brabus unveiled its work on the Mercedes-AMG S-Class Cabriolet. The package of the famous Mercedes tuner includes a boost in the engine of the convertible and some cosmetic changes on the exterior of the car. Brabus calls it the “Brabus 850 6.0” and it is based on the S63 model of the S-Class Cabrio. Brabus tinkered the biturbo V8 engine of the S-Class cabrio to crank up its displacement from 5.5 liters to 6.0 liters and give it a peak output of up to 850 hp. Then the tuner raised its torque to 1,069 lb-ft. These numbers certainly put even the Mercedes-AMG S65 Cabriolet to shame. The resulting acceleration of the car… Continue Reading »
