How will the Yahama R1M fare against the Mercedes F1 car? During the Festival of Speed in Barbados, the 2013 Mercedes AMG Petronas Silver Arrows Formula One car was pitted against the sports bike. In the video posted by Supercars of London via YouTube, the Mercedes F1 car was driven by none other than Lewis Hamilton. The current contract of Lewis Hamilton with Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One Team expires in the end of the 2018 season. As expected, there are rumors going around again that he might switch teams. Hamilton wins 2017 British Grand Prix to tie record

Lewis Hamilton won the 2017 British Grand Prix for a record-tying fifth time as Ferrari met with bad luck at the end of the race, helping the Mercedes driver close in considerably on Sebastian Vettel’s lead in the points. Hamilton takes pole at British Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton stormed to pole position at the 2017 British Grand Prix, boosting his bid for a fourth consecutive win at his home race. The two Ferrari cars are right behind him, however. Kimi Raikkonen will start the race at P2, while Sebastian Vettel is in P3. Valtteri Bottas qualified in P4 but will start the race in P9 instead.
