Mercedes-Benz Museum in China in the Works

Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts in China are in for a treat, because Daimler has just confirmed that it is planning on building a Mercedes-Benz Museum in the Asian country. The plans for what would be called a ‘Mercedes Benz Cultural Center’, which will include a museum, were announced at an event held in the capital of Beijing this past weekend. The Mercedes-Benz CLA that will be available in China will be imported from Hungary. A white testing vehicle was spotted in Shanghai recently sitting at the back of a truck. New Mercedes-Benz S-Class Spotted in China

New spy shots revealed that a new Mercedes-Benz S-Class is in the works in China. Apparently, the exact location of the sighting was at a Mercedes-Benz dealership in the city of Qingdao in the Shandong Province. The source, CarNewsChina, is pretty positive about the car being an S-Class because the light camouflage revealed the traditional features of the variant. According to the report, the new car will be launched at the Chengdu Auto Show in China on September this year. Then, the car will roll out in the Chinese car market probably in October, just a month after its launching.

The new Mercedes-Benz E-Class L was finally revealed in Shanghai during its 2013 Motor Show. Concept GLA Unveiled Before It Even Hits Shanghai

The Shanghai Motor Show will not come until April 21. However, Mercedes-Benz already announced the unveiling of the Concept GLA premium compact SUV based on the news released by Autoblog. Mercedes Downplays Its Chances At The Chinese Grand Prix

Despite their win at the Chinese Grand Prix last year, Mercedes head Toto Wolff is playing down its chances of retaining the title as the season starts. Last year was the first win of the team since it returned to Formula 1 racing behind the commanding victory of Nico Rosberg in Shanghai.
