Price Of 2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK250 Bluetec Revealed

The 2013 Mercedes-Benz GLK250 Bluetec will finally become available in dealerships one year after it was initially unveiled during the New York Auto Show in 2012. The base price of the GLK250 is at $38,590 although a destination charge of $905 is not yet included. Buyers who are looking to purchase the gas-powered variant of the compact diesel crossover will have to pay another $1,500 over the base price of the luxury vehicle. Mercedes-Benz Integro Gets Engine Range Refresh for Euro VI Compliance

The 2013 Mercedes-Benz Integro touring coach lineup is set to feature a fresh range of BlueEfficiency Power engines geared toward meeting the Euro VI emissions standards. This way, the coaches become more economic as far as fuel consumption goes, and the exhaust emissions are also reduced. The six-cylinder BlueEfficiency Power engines are vertically installed in-line units, with the OM 936 series used for two-axel models and OM 470 series for three-axle models. Hybrid Transport Makes Inroads In Munster

Mercedes-Benz E 300 BlueTEC HYBRID Awarded A+ Efficiency Rating, Environmental Certificate

The Mercedes-Benz E 300 BlueTEC HYBRID has just been awarded a Class A+ energy efficiency rating along with an Environmental Certificate after going through the TUV Sud Life Cycle Assessment. The vehicle passed the tests conducted by the independent inspection body. It has been projected that the E 300 BlueTEC HYBRID produces 23 percent less CO2 emissions compared to an E 300 CDI BlueEFFICIENCY. Mercedes-Benz A-Class, B-Class Petrol Engines Already Meet Euro 6 Standard

The Euro 6 vehicle emissions standard won’t be in place until September 1, 2014, but right now, the petrol engines for the new Mercedes-Benz A-Class and B-Class vehicles already pass those requirements.
