While BenzInsider was not able to attend the 2010 Detroit Auto Show, we are grateful that sites such as Autoblog are there and ready to share the cool stuff from there. As Autoblog mentions, the CLS concept is the first one to be shown at the Auto Show, well it’s not really a concept, but more of a sculpture that was covered only to show the upper half of the car lines. Nevertheless, the CLS lines are clearly visible, even though, the car is borrowing heavily from the SLS (front end), which nobody will complain about.

Just two weeks ago, we showed you spy shots of a CLS test mule with heavy camo. The test team did a great job with hiding any kind of details on what will become the look of the 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS; that of course didn’t stop the artist of the above computer illustration to speculate what it will look like. The last time we saw 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS spy shots, it was being tested in Sweden; this time, spies caught it in Munich, Germany, making rounds with some oversized camo gear. Besides the pictures, there aren’t any other fact we really know, besides the constant rumor of it getting a BlueHybrid engine, same as the new S400, as well as an AMG engine with over 500 hp. A new survey from ISO Quality Planning, which helps insurers spot risks, has published findings on which car makes and models get ticketed most often by police. I am sure you already have an idea which cars are cop magnets, but there are definitely some that may surprise you. Here it is.

4. Mercedes Benz CLK63 AMG

Who would have guessed that two Mercedes-Benz AMG models are among them.
