At the beginning of 2021, we were greeted with the unveiling of the new Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan and estate. However, even before that, we were already teased with spy shots of the Mercedes-AMG C63 versions of the vehicles, and the three-pointed star brand already revealed the engine specs of the autos. As Mercedes-Benz has been slowly streamlining its products to bring more focus on electric vehicles, crossovers, and SUVs, the future of its niche two-door lineup within the C-Class, E-Class, and S-Class are put into question. Speculations about the dilution of the two-door C-Class cars were further fueled when the automaker launched the range’s next-generation sedan and wagon variants but it left out the details about its coupe and cabriolet versions. Mercedes-AMG C63 Wagon Spied Making Its Rounds In Germany

After the launch of the 2022 C-Class sedan and wagon, Mercedes-Benz immediately confirmed that the range will be ditching the V8 engines in favor of a high-performance 2.0-liter turbo four-pot. Despite the downgrade, new spy shots confirm that a Mercedes-AMG C63 is still in the works. The spy photos of Motor1 feature what looks like a wagon variant of the C-Class cruising down the road near Nurburgring. It may be covered in full zebra camouflage but the profile of the car is all too similar with the standard C-Class Benz shown earlier this year. Mercedes-AMG C43 Boosted to 460 HP

The Mercedes-AMG C43 just debuted a little over a year ago. However, the tuners at Performmaster High Performance have already successfully developed a new kit for the sedan. The package raises its power and gives it a new look. Engine The AMG C43 is equipped with a 3.0-liter biturbo V6 engine. The unit produces 385 hp and 384 lb-ft of torque. The power is distributed to an all-wheel-drive system via a 9G automatic transmission. However, thanks to the signature control chip of Performmaster, the figures go up to 460 hp and 450 lb-ft of torque according to FormaCar. Hofele Puts the Panamericana Grille in Standard Mercedes-Benz C-Class

Unless you got yourself at least a Mercedes-AMG C63, you won’t be able to enjoy the Panamericana grille for the C-Class. However, owners of the standard Mercedes-Benz C-Class can now get to enjoy the sporty vertical slats design for their cars’ fascia because Hofele-Design just released their new Pan-Amerikana styling package for it. The Pan-Amerikana program of Hofele is inspired by the Panamericana race in Mexico which was won by a Mercedes-Benz 300SL in 1952. The grille styling of the iconic car is carried to the standard C-Class, similar to the treatment of the range-topping AMG cars.
