Mercedes-Benz has released a set of images right from the New York International Auto Show, featuring the world premiere of the dynamic and stylish new GLC Coupe. The concept version of the GLC Coupe made its debut in Shanghai last year, and now we’re seeing the full production model for the first time. Mercedes’ Rosberg wins 2016 F1 opener

Looks like 2016 is indeed more exciting for Formula One. Nico Rosberg won a thrilling season-opener for Mercedes, with teammate Lewis Hamilton taking second after overcoming a bad start from pole position. “It’s early days but a perfect start,” said Rosberg, who now has won four races in a row dating back to last season. “We need to keep our eyes on the red guys and keep working.” Hamilton had to work his way back up from P7, after being practically untouchable during the practices and in qualifying. He slipped at the start when Rosberg and Vettel passed him, then Rosberg edged him out and cost him a few more places… Continue Reading »

The deed was caught on tape, with a shady man walking up to the back of the Mercedes-Benz, tampering with it, and setting it ablaze before running out of sight. Check out the video below: According to the owner, the vehicle was her ‘pride and joy’. She had the car for just a couple… Continue Reading »

Mercedes swaps crew personnel for Rosberg and Hamilton

In a move that is expected to help the team, Mercedes has swapped around several members of its drivers’ crew personnel. There are several differences between the Silver Arrow cars this season. The decision was made by the team to swap number one mechanics for 2016. New personnel turnover also paved the way for other swaps. There are no changes to the engineering personnel, however. Nico Rosberg praised the moves, saying that it can only help both drivers. “It’s good for the wider strength of the team to move people around and not have them become focused on a single car or driver,” said the German, who has come in second… Continue Reading »
