Piecha Design is preparing to launch its new product at the Essen Motor Show, which will be held a few weeks from now. The newest package of the tuner is fitted to the Mercedes-AMG GT.

The latest Piecha Design package gives the AMG GT some new upgrades in its exterior and brings up its engine output. The tuner also rechristens the car as the Mercedes-AMG GT RSR. In addition, the tuning specialist released the official photos of the auto ahead of its public unveiling in Essen.

More Power

The highlight of the Piecha Design tuning package is the power upgrade. The kit boosts the output of the AMG GT’s handcrafted 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine to 612 hp, which is around a hundred horsepower more than what the GT S is capable of. The resulting acceleration of the car from zero to 100 km/h is at 3.7 seconds, which is 0.1 second quicker than the GT S.

More Aggressive Design

Outside, the AMG GT receives new wings, air intakes, diffuser, rear spoiler and other visual elements that make the auto appear wider. The add-ons are made from ultra-light carbon fiber materials to keep the weight of the car in check.
