Why The Numbers Matter With Mercedes-Benz

In a video posted by Mercedes-Benz on video-sharing site YouTube, the German company proved once again why numbers matter in driving. And we’re not talking about CO2 emissions and fuel consumption numbers. We’re talking about actual digits for roadside assistance.

The 1:12 video showed a lovestruck couple realizing how important it is for each driver to be reminded of Mercedes’ roadside assistance. As the man was about to drop off the woman at work, the woman put her name card in the man’s jacket pocket.

As the driver was about to back away from the driveway, he hit a motorcycle parked behind him. The woman pointed at his jacket pocket, and that’s when he found the business card with the Mercedes-Benz hotline number.

See? The German brand isn’t only good for creating such magnificent and powerful sedans and even SUVs. Their post-sales services are pretty up there, too. And when you’re trying to maintain your car’s performance, that’s the best service you can get from your car’s manufacturer.

What Mercedes’ roadside assistance offers is a support team on-call and available 24 hours across the United Kingdom and basically all of Europe. The team can also arrange to come to you not only on the road, but in your house too when you discovered a problem right in your driveway.

The best part about the company’s assistance is that they can provide you a car for three days if your Mercedes needs to be repaired. Mercedes’ roadside assistance only employs the best technicians and Mercedes-Benz experts.
