Wheelsandmore once again amazes everyone with its new work involving the Mercedes-AMG GT S. The tuner imbued the sports car with only minor changes to the exterior. However, the real deal can be found within its hood.

According to the source, the new tuning package of Wheelsandmore for the Mercedes-AMG GT S is called the “Startrack 6.3 kit.”

Outside, only the wheels of the GT S were changed. Wheelsandmore gave the car 21-inch multi-forged F.I.W.E. wheels wrapped in 245/30/21 Michelin tires in front and 305/25/21 in the rear. There were no upgrades in the auto’s interior though.

The icing on the Startrack 6.3 package lay in its power unit. The tuner added 100 cells sports catalytic converters, enhanced air filters, new valve-controlled exhaust system replacing the rear mufflers, and a remapped ECU.

The upgrades of Wheelsandmore in the 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine of the GT S brings its output up to 626 hp with 568 lb-ft of torque. That’s more than a hundred horsepower and nearly a hundred pound-feet of torque greater than the output of the stock GT S engine.

Although the tuner failed to mention the zero to 60 mph sprint time of the new Wheelsandmore Mercedes-AMG GT S, the report estimated it somewhere along the 3.4-second range. Furthermore, the source said that the upgraded sports car can reach a top speed of 199 mph.

It should be noted that Wheelsandmore also offers a less powerful version of its new kit for the AMG GT S. The alternative only features an ECU reconfiguration plus an airfilter kit. The boost is still pretty decent though as it enables the car to produce up to 590 hp with 553 lb-ft of torque.
