Comfort, sporty and efficiency. These are the traits that sum up the Mercedes-Benz A-Class. Recently, Mercedes-Benz Malaysia released a new advertisement of the compact car, which you can watch below. But before that, let’s have a quick talk about the A-Class first.

The A-Class just underwent a facelift last year. Compared to the earlier version of the current models of the standard A-Class, the new one boasts a more aggressive look, thanks to its revised hood, lip spoiler, lights, front bumper, and exhausts.

The entry-level A-Class is the A 160. As the model name indicates, it houses a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine. The output of the power unit is 102 hp. Despite the conservative engine output of the car, its combined fuel consumption is merely 5.6-5.4 liters per 100 km. Then the combined carbon dioxide emission of the auto is at 128-124 grams per kilometer.

For customers looking for more kick in the engine department, they can always go for the higher models like the A 250 Sport, A 250 Sport 4MATIC, A 180 d, and A 220. Those who wish further can opt for the range-topping A 45 AMG, which is capable of putting up to 381 hp but still with a thrifty AMG 2.0-liter engine with only 6.9 liter per 100 km combined fuel consumption and 162 grams per kilometer carbon dioxide emission.
