The all-new 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan was just officially unveiled at the 2016 Detroit Motor Show. The car was certainly a hit because of its dynamic mix of elegance and innovation.

It’s only weeks after the event, yet we are already seeing more variants of the E-Class being tested in heavy camouflage. Among the ones we have seen so far were the suspected estate version of the car and its sportier coupe model.

Recently, some spy photographers of TopSpeed were able to snap several images the camouflaged prototype of the 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe while it was undergoing testing. The photos show the car in different angles, which give us an idea of its shape and size.

Taking cues from the spy shots, the same source produced a rendering of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe in its bare form showing its fine lines. A glossy ocean blue paint has been applied to the concept car to make it truly striking to the eyes. The meshes in the grille and bumper have been blacked out while the glass panes, radiator grille, logo, bumper, and side apron all got chrome highlights.

So far, there is no official confirmation yet about the possible unveiling and showroom release of the next E-Class Coupe. However, experts believe that it might debut later this year, and its arrival in dealerships might be in the second quarter of next year.
