Latest Mercedes-AMG C63 Coupe Teaser Video Released

A new teaser video for the upcoming Mercedes-AMG C63 was released recently by the German luxury vehicle manufacturer, as shown on a report from gtspirit.com. The video follows a set of images previously released showing the upcoming luxury vehicle
While the video does not offer any specific information about the car, a number of frames show glimpses of the interior as well as the exhaust for its twin-turbo V8 engine. The video may not provide much but the most recent spy shots did provide a better picture of what to expect from the new C63.
The upcoming Mercedes-AMG C63 is expected to use the same twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 engine of the C63 AMG sedan. This means it may have the same power output of 476HP and torque of 479 lb-ft. It will be mated with a seven-speed SPEEDSHIFT MCT transmission of AMG that gives it the capability of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph within four seconds before reaching its electronically-limited maximum speed of 155 mph or 250 km/h.
The luxury vehicle manufacturer is expected to produce an S variant featuring an upgraded engine offering a power output of 510 HP and torque of 516 lb-ft. It may also have the capability of accelerating from 0 to 60 mph within 3.9 seconds while its electronically-limited maximum speed is at 180 mph or 289 km/h.
The other notable components of the upcoming luxury coupe are its flared front and rear wheel arches, 19-inch wheels, slim-line wing mirrors and six-piston brake calipers. It is also possible for the Mercedes-AMG C63 to take its inspiration from the S63 AMG Coupe, but it remains uncertain until it is officially launched, probably at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
