The Mercedes-Benz G500 Cabriolet tuned by Mansory.

This Mercedes-Benz G500 Cabriolet is probably the loudest sounding G-Class in the road today. According to the description of the video uploaded in YouTube by NM2255 Car HD Videos, this is called the Mansory Speranza.

Engine Specs

The description mentioned that Mansory tuned the 5.5-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine of the vehicle to a monstrous 700 hp and 900 Nm of torque. These are nearly double of the original 387 hp and 530 Nm of torque coming from the SUV’s stock engine.

The figures should be able to cut the zero to 100 km/h acceleration time of the G500 Cabrio by more than a second to bring it to more or less 4.5 seconds. There was no word though about the top speed of the auto, but its stock configuration allows it to achieve a max speed of 209 km/h. This should be able to go over that barrier.

Design Updates

Also noticeable in the video were subtle styling upgrades done by Mansory on the Mercedes-Benz G500 Cabriolet. These include new wheels measuring around 24 inches, wider fenders, broader side skirts, and upgraded exhaust tips.

Aside from the beauty of this convertible, its sound is something that truly defines it, thanks to its tweaked engine, new exhaust system, and primarily to its naturally-aspirated V8 power unit.
