If you happened to be in Japan and you are a huge Mickey Mouse fan, you will find it interesting that Smart, through its Brabus tailor-made program, recently released its Disney Edition for the ForTwo. What makes this one different from the other Smart ForTwo units is that carries the same color patterns as Disney’s iconic character, Mickey Mouse.

The Smart ForTwo Disney Edition uses a combination of four colors associated with the famous mouse. Yellow was used for the car’s mirrors, black for its tridion cell, white for its wheels, and red for its body. Inside are leather seats embroidered with the “edition Disney” logo. Fortunately, there were no mouse ears anywhere on the car.

No changes were applied to the electric motor of the car, according to the Japanese site Response. The tuner retained its 55 kW and a30 Nm magneto electric motor and 17.6 kWh lithium-ion power pack. So, the performance of the vehicle remained the same. The sprint from 0 to 62 mph is still at 11.5 seconds while its top speed is at 78 mph. The maximum range of the car from a fully-charged condition is 90 miles.

The source noted that the Smart ForTwo Disney Edition would only be available in 40 units, and it would be made exclusively for Japanese customers. The price tag of the car is ¥3,990,000. Then, it added that deliveries will be made in December this year.
