The Mercedes AMG GT is set to be unveiled next month. Though it hasn’t shed its camouflage yet, we expect that it won’t be long until some leaked photos or spy shots of the car’s exterior comes out.

In anticipation of the new sports car of Mercedes with features and performance that would rival the Porsche 911, let us check out the latest sketch of the car plus two renderings based on the sketch and spy photos of the car. These would give us a picture of what we can expect on the new sports car of Mercedes’ performance division:

Performance, Handling and Style

The replacement of the Mercedes SLS AMG GT will be carrying a 4.0-liter biturbo V8 engine capable of producing 375 kW and 650 Nm of torque. In the recent promotional video of the car, AMG CEO Tobias Moers stated that it would set new benchmarks in sound, performance, handling, and style.

Christian Enderle added that its handling would be likened to a go kart. This means you can drive it in high speeds but its cornering speed and handling would not be compromised.

Lastly, Michael Buscher revealed that it would weigh a few kilograms less than its predecessor. It would surely be lighter than its present competitors in the market.
