There are many people who are just so attracted to art and history. That’s why museums stay in business. In this part of the world, one museum has just recently welcomed its three millionth visitor. Yes, that’s three million guests in the span of merely four years since its halls first stood. We’re talking about the Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart.
No folks, this monumental visit wasn’t paid by a typical yuppy. It was an 80-year-old man celebrating his birthday with his daughter and granddaughter. Hubert Hermann got the surprise of his life when he Museum officials greeted and even gave him a special token of appreciation. Not surprisingly, both his daughter and granddaughter were Mercedes-Benz enthusiasts as well.
Milestones such as Hermann’s monumental visit prove how valuable the Museum is to communicating the Mercedes-Benz brand to the public both local and from abroad, according to Museum head Michael Bock. It caters to not just loyal MB clients, but to anyone and everyone who’s ever had an interest in anything that has an engine and four wheels.
If you share the same passion for the three-star German luxury car brand, pay the Museum a solemn visit in its mother lode, Stuttgart.
