Mercedes-Benz USA CEO Ernst Lieb was on Fox Business this morning, offering his outlook for sales in the coming months for Mercedes-Benz and the auto industry. The 45.3 percent sales increase in January was one of the main topics. The thing that is still unknown is how MBUSA stacks up against it competition, but I am sure we’ll know that in the next few days.

Well he has a tough task ahead. I just bought a C300 in late Dec 2009 and it started giving me problems. The dealership looked at it device and raised their hands that they can’t fix it. MBUSA took my complaint and did the formality of calling me back but no action. I keep calling and they just tell me they are looking into it and no action has been taken for nearly 2 months. I am seriously looking to take legal action. I would have never expected such a customer experience from a so called reputed brand.
