I love this car it will always be one of my favorite Mercedes cars and when the time comes i will make sure to get one myself.

I totally agree with you Reg, I’d rather see a E-Class Coupe AMG version, than a E-Class if it came down to choosing which one should get the AMG tuning.

It could be that they’re rethinking their strategy when it comes to the AMG models. When you really think about it, it might not be a bad idea, I mean they offered a R63 AMG version with over 500 hp, why in the world would build something like that.

I doubt there will be a GLK AMG version, mainly due to the size of the car. The actual point of the mini-SUV is to be fuel efficient and practical – not really what AMG is all about.

That would suck big time. The E Class is more for older people whereas the E Coupe, in styling at least will appeal more for younger people imo. So if anything the Coupe should get the AMG because its more of a sporty genre being a coupe and all. And the E class styling just sucks at the back as opposed to the coupe which just looks like it’s begging to be breathed on by AMG. Did Mercedes produce a GLK AMG version? I would imagine that they wouldn’t have done for the same reason if all this is true.

This sucks if its true.
