For anyone that has been to a local dealer, you probably have had a good experience buying your new car, but I am sure you had moments where you wanted to kick some butt. Well this video is something like that, where a Mercedes owner goes to his MB dealer and has an interesting confrontation with the Customer Service Rep. This should be a good lesson to all the dealers who are trying to rip off their customers.

well nothing that i dont know already, dealers cost more…they rip customers off. nothing new. my mom had 4 brand new tires for $1000 installed on her mercedes last month, then she got into a car accident and the insurance said her car was totaled [trunk damaged and car framed bent up]. the insurance gave her an estimate of $20 for the tires at first, until she complained and showed them the receipt for the $1000 tires, they then upped the estimate to $300 for the 4 tires. STILL a HUGE ripoff but what can you do??? that’s business.
INTERESTING??? You must be off your rocker, my friend. Apple has been trying to push themselves into this “Mercedes of Computers†position since their comeback in the late 90s. I’m sure this will go out to other automakers at first, but this is only a image thing. They are trying to make you think Mercedes repair manual is to cars, as Apple is to computers. And we will all comply like good little machine heads
