Even if they are nice cars (I drive one), their service is terrible for such a big brand. Two years ago they billed me 4,300 euro for a mistake they made whilst working on my car. Lucky for me, a friend of my brother who is an electronic engineer, was able to proof this and I only had to pay for the service check. Not exactly what one would expect from one of the biggest constructors in the world... Don’t understand how they can increase sales by 5%.
